Arizona eviction, answered
Straight answers to what landlords ask most.
- Costs — court filing, process server, and court runner fees are not included and typically total around $184.
- Notice serving— if you haven't served the notice, we can arrange service for $75, or you can serve it yourself.
- Trial — most cases resolve at the initial hearing (included). If yours proceeds to a full trial, you can represent yourself or hire us for an additional $700.
- Writ of restitution — if the constable must remove the tenant after judgment, our writ of restitution service starts at $265, which includes the constable and court runner costs.
